Yes, we support both engagement models fully. For OEM projects, we execute precision manufacturing directly from your finalized tech packs, Bill of Materials (BOM), and graded size specs. For ODM projects, our Hanoi R&D atelier and engineering team develop garments collaboratively from your creative briefs, mood boards, or reference samples—utilizing in-house Clo3D digital pattern engineering, proposing certified performance textiles, and engineering functional construction solutions.

Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style, with a minimum of 150 pieces per colorway. For technical outerwear and skiwear built on custom-developed fabrics, the MOQ also depends on the mill’s minimums—we confirm the exact figure together with your quotation and can advise on consolidating colors or fabrics to reach it.

For OEM projects, please share your tech pack, Bill of Materials, graded size specs and any reference garments. For ODM projects, a creative brief, mood board or reference samples is enough to start. In both cases, include your target quantity per style, target price, fabric and trim requirements, size range and expected delivery window so we can plan development and send a first quotation within 3–5 working days.

Once the tech pack and materials are confirmed, a proto sample takes 10–15 working days. Fit, size-set and pre-production samples follow, typically 7–10 working days each, with fit comments and pattern corrections handled in-house through Clo3D and computer-aided grading. Development samples are charged at cost, and the sample fee is refunded against your first bulk order once it reaches the agreed MOQ.

Yes. We source from certified mills for functional, recycled and sustainable textiles—waterproof / breathable laminates, DWR finishes, down and synthetic insulation, and fleece—and send physical swatches, trim cards and lab dips for your approval before bulk fabric is ordered. Custom branded zips, snaps, cords, labels and hang tags are developed to your brand guidelines.

Every order passes incoming fabric and trim inspection, in-line checks on the sewing floor and a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing, with photo reports shared at each stage. Our partner factories are audited by COSTCO, WRAP and BSCI, and we welcome your QC team or appointed third-party inspectors for in-line, final and social compliance audits.

We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving your tech packs or design files on request. Your patterns, artwork and branded trims are used exclusively for your orders, digital files are stored with restricted access, and samples or surplus branded materials are never sold or shown to other clients.

FOB Hai Phong is our standard term, and we can arrange CIF, DDP or air freight through our logistics partners. We ship to the USA, South Korea, Europe and other markets, and prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and customs paperwork. Garments are packed to your packing list, carton marks and size / color ratio.

Each project is assigned a dedicated English-speaking merchandiser in Hanoi who is your single point of contact from first brief to shipment. You receive regular updates on sampling, material approvals and production milestones by email or video call, and we reply to inquiries within one business day.
