What we do
Young Generation combines an in-house R&D atelier in Hanoi with a network of audited partner factories, so brands can develop, sample and produce technical outerwear with a single point of contact.
We produce precisely to your tech packs, Bill of Materials and graded size specs. Production is planned line by line across our partner factories, with capacity reserved for your delivery window.
Bring us a creative brief, mood board or reference garment. Our designers and pattern engineers turn it into a production-ready style, proposing fabrics, trims and construction details that meet your price point.
Our Hanoi sample room produces proto, fit, size-set and pre-production samples, with fit comments and pattern corrections handled in-house to keep development cycles short.
We source functional, recycled and sustainable textiles from certified mills, and develop custom branded trims to your brand guidelines — with swatches, trim cards and lab dips sent for approval.
Every order passes incoming material inspection, in-line checks on the sewing floor and a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing, with photo reports shared at each stage.
We pack to your packing list and carton marks, book freight through our logistics partners and prepare the full set of export documents for the USA, Korea, Europe and beyond.
